Solar Sales Consultant

This is a commission-only role with one of the highest splits in the industry. Whether you're looking to go all-in full time or earn extra income part time, this role gives you the flexibility to choose your schedule and workload.

You’ll be responsible for finding homeowners or business owners interested in solar, gathering basic information, and working with our in-house team to create a custom solar proposal. Once it's ready, you’ll present it and close the deal.

We handle all the backend work — system design, proposal creation, and installer coordination — so you can focus on building relationships and closing sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate and manage your own leads (residential or commercial)

• Qualify prospects and collect site information

• Coordinate with our team to build tailored proposals

• Present proposals and close the sale
